This information will be e-mailed to Ardjuna, and will only be viewed by the project manager. The project manager will follow up with you and address your concerns. Please note that if confidentiality/anonymity is indicated in the survey or invitation then individual submission details will not be provided as part of the reporting process. In other circumstances, where confidentiality/anonymity is not indicated then survey data may be provided to the relevant school administration as part of regular reporting.

At all times survey completion is a voluntary process. If at any time you are concerned about being identified by your comments please choose your wording carefully, if you are still concerned then please feel free to refrain from commenting.

Naturally, these mechanisms rely on open and constructive feedback and online surveys are just one avenue that this feedback is received by schools.
